Alongside one-to-one coaching, I offer thoughtfully designed workshops that bring together food, aromatherapy and botanical approaches to support energy, hormonal health and overall wellbeing.

These workshops are designed to help you understand what your body needs — and give you simple, practical ways to support your energy, mood and wellbeing in everyday life.

Through a mix of hands-on learning, gentle guidance and relaxed conversation, you’ll leave with tools that feel realistic, enjoyable and easy to return to.

Workshops include practical cooking sessions focused on building balanced meals for steady energy, blood sugar and metabolic health, alongside aromatherapy and botanical blending sessions where you’ll create personalised products to support stress, mood and sleep at home.

Each session is calm, structured and designed to feel both informative and quietly restorative.

Workshops and group sessions are available for private bookings, small groups and retreat settings.

The Reset Workshop

A calm, practical workshop designed to help you understand what’s affecting your energy, hormones and overall wellbeing — and give you simple, realistic ways to support your body through food, daily habits and plant-based approaches.

Blending gentle guidance, hands-on elements and clear, accessible insight, this session is designed to feel both informative and quietly restorative.

Aromatherapy & Botanical Blending

These sessions explore how plant-based compounds can support the nervous system — helping to regulate stress, mood, sleep and emotional balance.

Grounded in formal aromatherapy training and ongoing study in herbal medicine, they combine science with practical, hands-on experience.

Each session (1–2 hours) includes:

  • A short, accessible introduction to how the nervous system responds to stress and sensory input 
  • Guidance on essential oils and botanicals to support relaxation, energy and mood 
  • Hands-on blending of personalised products 
  • Introduction to simple botanical or tea blends for daily use 

You’ll leave with:

  • A clearer understanding of how to use aromatherapy safely and effectively 
  • Three personalised blends (e.g. pulse oil, bath salts or body oil) 
  • Simple ways to support your mood and wellbeing day to day

Nourishing Food for Hormonal Health & Energy

A practical, hands-on workshop focused on supporting your body through hormonal shifts and midlife changes using simple, nourishing food.

You’ll explore:

  • Using herbs and ingredients to support digestion, mood and overall wellbeing 
  • Simple, plant-forward meals that feel satisfying and sustainable 

Food for Energy, Metabolism & Recovery

This session focuses on supporting energy, metabolism and recovery — whether you’re feeling depleted, navigating weight changes, or rebuilding after periods of stress or illness.

You’ll explore:

  • How to support blood sugar balance and sustained energy 
  • Building meals that support strength, satiety and metabolic health 
  • The role of protein and fibre in weight balance 
  • Using herbs and functional ingredients to support recovery and resilience
