As a professionally accredited women’s health & wellness coach, I help women rebuild energy, resilience, and confidence through personalised, natural, whole-body support.


Many of the women I work with are navigating menopause, hormonal and metabolic shifts, or major life transitions, and are seeking guidance to help them feel more in control of their health. 


Together, we focus on giving you insight and clarity into your health and energy — helping you understand your patterns, stress responses, and what your body needs.

Every 1:1 online programme begins with an in-depth health and lifestyle review, allowing us to build a clear picture of your current wellbeing priorities, and personal goals.

About me

Hi I'm Kathryn

I’ve spent over 25 years creating nutrition-led menus across the UK and internationally, working closely with beautiful ingredients, seasonality, and passionate suppliers. That work, along with my personal passion for nourishing cooking and herbal medicine, shaped my understanding of the impact of food on the body — how the right combinations can deeply support energy, digestion, and recovery, while also tasting amazing.


However, like many of us, I spent years juggling life, deadlines and expectations, putting my own health last. After a major health scare during the pandemic and moving into menopause, I felt real pressure to bounce back, move on and return to “normal”. When that didn’t happen, I thought I was failing, but I realised healing begins when you stop pushing and start working with your body.


That experience became a turning point. It led me to deepen my training in women’s health, and lifestyle medicine — and to rethink what wellbeing truly means. What I came to realise is this: wellness isn’t perfection. It’s self-compassion. It’s tuning back in—slowly and gently.


That’s the space I hold now at Wild Hælan: a grounded, holistic approach to lifestyle medicine—supporting you to rebuild, reconnect, and feel at home in your body through gentle, nourishing practices.

How I use aromatherapy to support wellbeing

Aromatherapy combines natural plant wisdom with modern science. Essential oils contain active compounds that interact with the nervous system, influencing mood, energy, and relaxation. 


When you inhale these aromas, they travel directly to the brain’s limbic system — the centre of memory and emotion — which is why scent can quickly shift how you feel. For example, lavender has been shown to support relaxation, while citrus oils may help uplift mood and focus. 


Used with care, aromatherapy offers a gentle, evidence-informed way to help the body rebalance and support your wellbeing 


I integrate aromatherapy into my personalised treatments and workshops, using essential oils to support relaxation, focus, and emotional wellbeing. Clients experience it as part of a holistic approach, enhancing the benefits of lifestyle guidance
